About Us
We are a
family business and have all been involved with horses, ponies and dogs
from a very young age. As I’m sure you will agree life would
not be the same without our four legged friends!. Our children love to
spoil the ponies and our Jack Russell terrier “ Babio
“ they are the ones who inspired us to search for fun,
colourful, and affordable accessories.
We
hope that
you enjoy our range as much as we do, but do watch this space as we
will be constantly updating, adding new and exciting items to the Pony
and Pooch website!!
Paying with a Paypal account Pay with

We use
Paypal to take
all of our credit and debit card payments. If you are paying through
Paypal simply enter your discount code in the comments section when you
make your order. We will then directly refund your discount back to
your Paypal account. NB Discount applied to value of goods ordered, not
P&P. Please feel free to mail us if we do not appear to have
refunded you within a day or two of placing the order, we are only
human and particularly in our busiest times this can occasionally be
missed.
Paying by Cheque
If paying
by cheque
simply deduct the discount from each item and write this amount on your
order form. Please note that discounts apply to the cost of items
ordered only and not the P&P on these.
Help/FAQ
Can I return
an item? Yes. Simply email or phone
us within 10 days of date of despatch for an exchange, or refund.* Our
return address is on the contact page.
If you are requesting an exchange a
£3.00 fee will be required for P&P.
*Please note that we can only refund your item(s)
if they are returned within 10 days from date of despatch. If after
this time period a credit note will be given.
What are your delivery times?
If the item is in
stock then we aim to despatch all orders in 24 hours (Mon to Fri).
Please allow up to a week in busy times such as Christmas. If the item
is out of stock then you would have
to allow up to 28 days for delivery. Merchandise is sent either Royal
Mail 1st class,
Special Deliver, Recorded or by DHL depending on the size and value of
the goods.
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard,
Switch/Maestro and Solo.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, please call our head office number on 07881
496 993 Monday- Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.Our friendly sales assistant will
be happy to
take your order for you
Order cancellations and changes:
Please notify us within 12 hours if you wish to
cancel your order.
If we have not despatched your order you can
change sizes where available within 12 hours. Please send us an email
confirming your change of size.
Non-deliverable, refused and unclaimed orders:
If
an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to
customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing
incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone. In
order for us to resend the item we will
recharge the postage costs for your item
What do I do if I have exceeded the 10 days
return limit?
We will issue you with a credit note.
When will payment be taken from my account?
When you reach the final billing page and press
'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer
for authorization to take payment from your account. If the payment is
authorized, you will receive an
e-mail within a few minutes.
Can I pick up my order from your head office?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up
orders from our head office.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, we can deliver worldwide.
I sent an email to you and I have not had a
response.
It is our policy to Endeavour to respond to all
customer enquiries within one working day. Sometimes our responses are
rejected by your email provider for what could be a number of reasons
(they are viewed as junk mail, your mailbox is full etc...)
What if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty please return it to the
address on the contact page. We will send you a replacement straight
away.
How do I wash my garments?
It is always advisable to Hand Wash all products
in warm soapy water, reshape and allow to dry naturally
What are the postage rates?
Up to 500g….£ 2.00
Up to 1 Kg….£ 2.50
Up to 2 Kg… £ 3.50
Up to 5 Kg… £ 6.00
Overseas £ 15.00

reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and
services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use,
performance or failures of this web site or the linked sites, even if
pony and pooch had been advised of the possibility of such damages and
irrespective of whether such damages arise in contract, tort, equity,
restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. You have read this
